1. Who We Are
This portal is operated by GLO-Global ("we", "us", "our"), an executive search and leadership development consultancy. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this portal.
For any data protection queries, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at: [email protected]
2. What Personal Data We Process
This portal processes the following categories of personal data:
- Candidate CV content — professional history, education, skills, and contact details as contained in uploaded CV documents.
- LinkedIn profile data — publicly available professional information, if a LinkedIn URL is provided.
- Assessment outputs — AI-generated job-match analysis and DISC leadership profile derived from the above.
- Portal user data — name and email of the GLO consultant who generated the report, for audit and access control purposes.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process candidate personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the context of executive search and recruitment services, where the candidate has been informed of and has not objected to such processing. The consulting user confirms this basis at the point of upload.
4. How We Use the Data
- To generate a structured candidate assessment report for the purposes of an executive search assignment.
- To present the report to the client organisation involved in the search.
- To maintain an audit trail of data processing activities.
CV and JD files are not stored. Document content is processed transiently in memory to generate the AI analysis and is never written to our database. Only the derived assessment output is stored.
5. Data Retention
Assessment reports are automatically scheduled for deletion 12 months after the date of creation. Reports can be deleted earlier at any time by the consultant who created them, or upon request by the candidate. The retention period may be extended where there is an ongoing legitimate business need.
6. Data Sharing
We may share assessment reports with:
- Client organisations — the company for which the executive search is being conducted, as the purpose of the report.
- AI processing sub-processors — the AI model used to generate assessments processes text transiently and does not retain it.
- Cloud storage providers — generated PDF reports are stored in secure cloud object storage.
We do not sell or share personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under GDPR, candidates whose data is processed have the following rights:
- Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data held about you.
- Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to restrict processing — to request that we limit how we use your data.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our DPO: [email protected]
8. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Assessment reports are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Access to the portal is restricted to authenticated GLO consultants. An audit log is maintained of all data processing activities.
9. Data Protection Officer
GLO-Global has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with this notice and applicable data protection legislation.
DPO: Peter Buytaert
Email: [email protected]
10. Complaints
If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Belgium, this is the Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA).
